From First Call to First Visit
1. Initial conversation
Call 01536 212254 or send an enquiry. We will ask about the person, their needs and what matters to them, and explain how we can help.
2. Free home assessment
Our Registered Manager visits at a time that suits you. We look at health, daily routines, risks at home and preferences. There is no charge and no obligation.
3. Personalised care plan
We write a care plan with you and your family, covering visit times, tasks, medication support, likes and dislikes, and how you want to be supported.
4. Carer matching
We introduce the carers who will support you and keep the team small and consistent.
5. Care begins
Carers record every visit on our digital care system, so the office can check care is delivered as planned.
6. Reviews
We review the care plan regularly, and straight away if anything changes, such as a hospital stay or new diagnosis.
Quality Behind the Scenes
Carers are Enhanced DBS checked, complete an induction and the Care Certificate, and receive regular supervision and spot checks. We follow CQC standards, safeguarding procedures and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
