Safe recruitment and training
- Enhanced DBS check, right to work checks and references for every carer.
- Care Certificate and mandatory training, including safeguarding, moving and handling, medication and dementia awareness.
- Competency sign-off before carers give medication or specialist care.
- Regular supervision and spot checks.
Safeguarding
Everyone at Radiant Support is trained to recognise and report abuse or neglect. We work with North Northamptonshire Council's safeguarding team and follow the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Digital care records
Visits, tasks and medication support are recorded digitally, so our office can see that care is delivered as planned and respond quickly to any concern.
Data protection
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZB679224) and handle personal information in line with UK GDPR. See our privacy notice.
Compliments, concerns and complaints
We want to hear from you. Contact the office on 01536 212254 or email manager@radiant-support.co.uk. We will acknowledge a complaint promptly, investigate it properly and tell you the outcome in writing.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. You can also share feedback about any care service with the CQC.
