What is personal care at home?
Personal care is help with intimate, everyday tasks such as washing, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, continence care and moving around safely. At Radiant Support it is given by trained carers who follow your care plan and your preferences, so you stay in control of how and when things are done.

Our personal care covers a wide range of daily tasks, including:

Will I have the same carers?
We keep your team as small and consistent as possible so you get to know the people who support you.
Can you help with catheter or stoma care?
Yes, where it is assessed as safe and included in your care plan. Our Registered Manager trains and signs off each carer's competency before they provide it.
Are your carers checked?
Every carer has an Enhanced DBS check, right to work checks and references, completes an induction with shadow shifts before working alone, and works towards the Care Certificate.
