What we collect

Details you give us in an enquiry: name, phone, email, the type of care needed, location and your message.
Details in a job application: contact details, work history, qualifications and right to work status.
For people we support: information needed to plan and deliver safe care, including health information, which is special category data.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to enquiries and arrange assessments (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
To provide care (contract, legal obligations, and for health data, the provision of health or social care under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)).
To recruit staff (steps before entering a contract, legal obligations such as right to work and DBS checks).

Who we share it with

Only where needed: health and social care professionals involved in your care, commissioners who fund care, regulators such as the CQC, and the secure systems we use to run our service. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Care and employment records are kept for the periods required by law and professional guidance, then securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled it.
